Great meal. Much better quality and temperature than previous meals. Appreciated the extra items added by the shop to compensate for previous poor meal. Really enjoyed my meal.

Food arrived late and cold. Delivery driver told me it had been sat waiting for quite some time

An hour late, the wrong order and what did arrive was Stone cold and inedible. Incredibly disappointed (and hungry)

Normally i never have issues when ordering and the food is usually always amazing weather its a weekend or not, but this evening was terrible 50mins past the delivery time, when it did get here the pizza was stone cold and overcooked totally burnt in in places and some slices had practically no cheese on at all apart from the point i understand its a saturday night and busy but ive ordered on a busy night before and not had any issues like i say ive ordered many many times and this is the first issue ive ever had was very disapointed this evening :(

Usually order from here & the food is excellent. Was disappointed this time around. Cold & dry chips with 2 bits of cheese. The burger bun on the chicken burger was dry. The nuggets were cold. Very sad as I normally love having pittas

Took 1 hour 30 mins to arrive, when it did come it was freezing cold, pizza was rock hard, chips weren't cooked. Inedible, very disappointed.
